We recently stayed with Cathy at the Old Forge, had two lovely rooms, triple & double, very comfortable and clean. Location is superb, we are regular visitors to Caherdaniel when back in Ireland but had never stayed here, beautiful location. Breakfast was great & varied. Cathy is very pleasant and welcoming. Thank you.

My stay in the Olde Forge B&B was entirely satisfactory.
Service was meticulous and friendly without being intrusive.
The room was comfortable and breakfast was excellent.
Tv was somewhat restricted by problems of signal coverage.
The price was reasonable, but payment was accepted in cash only. The location is excellent, easily found from the main road and close to local services for meals etc. and amenities. There is an uninterrupted sea view from the front of the building. SSSSS

We enjoyed our stay. The view is lovely. They are about 1km from the closest restaurants Coral Cove or Blind Piper. They were very happy to offer us a ride to and from the restaurant for dinner.SSSSS

Gorgeous building, great view. Room spacious, bathroom small and a bit ramshackle, but clean enough. Great view.
If you're hiking: its some way off the Wicklow Way, so study your map carefully so you know when to leave the footpath and join the Ring of Kerry.SSSSS
